然后我看选项把与人无关的都干掉，干掉CE。接着ABD中，我认为A在讲，几乎没有station广播给之前没有RDS的人；B在讲Verdiader有没有equipped radio，D讲1996年的Verdiander不能收到1994年以后的广播，
我知道B无关，想问一下为什么A不对 E对

这道题看完之后BCE很快排除，留下了A和D。A说 基本上RDS现在能覆盖的区域以前也能覆盖到。 读完之后没有太大感觉，就先留着了。D说 1996年没安装设备，接收不到信息的人，自从94年就一直就接收不到信息。
原文结论说接受信息的人数没有增加，觉得D好像近点就选了D。
老师，是不是我判断远近的方式不正确，才导致选错的呢？希望老师指导，谢谢。
