这道题看完之后BCE很快排除，留下了A和D。A说基本上RDS现在能覆盖的区域以前也能覆盖到。读完之后没有太大感觉，就先留着了。D说 1996年没安装设备，接收不到信息的人，自从94年就一直就接收不到信息。原文结论说接受信息的人数没有增加，觉得D好像近点就选了D。老师，是不是我判断远近的方式不正确，才导致选错的呢？希望老师指导，谢谢。
