这题我有一个疑问想问，在对比CDE的时候，CD都是scale for（to），而E是scale that xxx。听了tina老师讲解说是这里没有什么大差异。但是我当初觉得 that后面都是修饰，而to，for有为了这种的意思。因此我觉得E的这里没有CD好，想问一下有没有问题？我觉得CD是发展一个scale去做xxx。而E是发展一个（xxx样的）scale。句意感觉有区别。如果我这个认为是错误的话，为什么呢？谢谢老师。

这里面我认为宇航员发展一个scale是为了（to rate...，）而D选项中的for rating我感觉是改变了原句中重心，语义重心直接变成了astronomers have developed a scale，感觉语义不完整，我想问的是，是不是我自己哪里错了，因为之前碰到过一种题： prep + noun + verbing 大多数都有问题，因为verbing变成了修饰，重心偏移了,那么这里的D选项可不可以理解为重心偏移呢？
