请教Tina老师，首先同位语表意更清楚，排除了DE，ABC的差异点在at least的修饰位置，因为未划线部分说要设置最少的员工，AC说4个病人至少分一个护士，B说一个护士至少被分配4个病人，感觉B的意思和未划线部分意思一致所以选了B。听其他答疑语音老师说put through triage的修饰位置也是要考虑的，所以选了A，但是感觉4个病人至少分一个护士并不能保证最少的员工。所以像这种有多个修饰关系的问题的切入点应该是哪里？怎么判断？

当时做的时候选了B，上来一读感觉C、D、E不好，杀了。A和B没比出来选了B（听之前的答疑录音说是因为动词优先所以选A）。但是我第2次做竟然选了E，原因是觉得ABC的话就是两个句子，两个句子中间应该有连接词。。。
