读完选项，发现A和C的意思应该很不一样吧。
A：在加州，小于18岁的H人占了超过43%
C：小于18岁的加州人中超过43%是H人
之前的录音讲的都是靠compared with而产生的一致性解题。但是compared with不是也属于划线部分吗？？而且句意是老大，为什么又不关注C项的意思跟原句有差别？
A项不好的真正原因会不会是它本身的句意很不清晰（没说清楚这些小于18岁的H人是占了什么的43%）？
