老师我听了您的讲解，还有个地方不太清楚，您说因为but前面没有that，所以it不和从句并列，而是和主句。但我做题的选的A选项，是因为想到tina老师上课讲过but连接两个句子的时候，不要求句子形式长得完全一样，所以我觉得这个题中but链接的两个句子可以是前句从句和but it can only be spent on......所以想问下老师，不要求句子形式完全一样是啥意思呢？为什么不能用在这个题A选项里的主句和but后的句子呢？

听徐老师的录音好像最后是从命令语态上选了B的。
我做这道题的时候完全对命令语态没有任何印象了，C的allowing和E的it spend it感觉明显不像对的，排除了。剩下ABD。前半句的差异比不出来，就关注后半句差异，A的句意好像是“钱被什么人控制，但是钱只能花在什么地方”but有点诡异，排除。句意上感觉B和D，都没有特别明显不合逻辑的地方剩，好像就只能通过前半部分差异比了，于是卡住...
如果从语义的角度能比出那个好么？是不是不知道命令语态必死无疑啊...
