我之所以排除C选项是因为他最后是any company，既然要防止自己的方法不能泄露给其他公司，应该是any other companies，如果是any company不就包括自己在内了吗？ 我的思路是不是错了啊，求老师解答

PP上给的答案是C，而且我感觉C貌似是比E合理些

系统给的答案是C,但我觉得E语义更好，因为E中的would体现出了一种意愿和目的，而且有将来的意思，agreement本来就是为了将来不泄露这个方法而签订的。

老管也讲了这道SC题PREP给的C是对的，但前面的版本都讲的是E是对的，听晕了。。觉得都有道理
