老师 这题我选的是D。我有两个问题。第一,我觉得D 的句意是state发出了一个propose 的动作,然后伴随着state的intend是确保什么什么东西,我觉得这个表达比用intended 修饰rules更好,老师能说服我一下为啥a比d好吗?(我听了其他讲解,有听到老师说把rules这个抽象名词拿出来再解释一下更好,但感觉这个说法不能说服我啊,因为把rules再说一遍感觉很重复啊,不知道还有其他角度区分A 和D吗?)第二,想问下老师,with做伴随状语的主语可以是前句中的谁?必须是前句主语吗?例如此题中,我知道可以是state,但是可以是rules吗,或者可以是主句整句吗?也就是说伴随整个政府propose这件事,intend是balabala。
