Tina老师你好，听完以前的录音后我还是有点困惑AB选项是怎样通过被动排除？是因为 be subjected to和 be subject to 的意思不一样吗？感觉AB选项逗号的出现也有问题，会导致almost all of which are gasoline powered单独变成了同位语，而后面的and will not be subjected。。。和it will have no effect on sport utility vehicles并列，那be subjected to的逻辑主语就变成了it（law）。还有另外一个问题就是C选项的 as stringent as前后是怎么并列的？就是把省略的部分还原回去是怎么样的形式呢？
