老师～我想请问d选项的A novelist who turned away from literary realism to write romantic stories about the peasant life and landscape of northern Sweden这个是什么结构呀？是做的Selma Lagerlof 的同位语吗？因为我做题的时候觉得这个句子有点奇怪，把 a novelist 一个没有谓语的一句话错误直接排除了。因为之前在做这个题我也是通过主语重复了来排出选项的：Although appearing less appetizing than most of their round and red supermarket cousins, heirloom tomatoes, grown from seeds saved during the previous year—they are often green and striped, or have plenty of bumps and bruises—heirlooms are more flavorful and thus in increasing demand. 所以想问问应该怎么样区别这两个情况。谢谢~

老师在排除E的时候说：E用的是从句而D用的是短语，有短语和从句的时候选短语，做题不是应该看意思吗？能不能换个角度解释，这个好像也是属于技巧？ 还有一个问题是，老师不是说如果前面有问题出现，后面一定要马上解释这个问题吗？比如she出现，后面一定要说是谁。如果是a novelist 出现，后面是不是也要解释who is the novelist? 还有一个问题，我记得管老师讲过，to do 就是还没有做，D选项里面的To win 是不是表示还即将要获得Nobel Prize? 这也是我排除了D选A的原因？

为什么不能选择C呢，我觉得应该直接说人比在后面说那个人要好一些吧。谢谢老师
