我选了D，因为觉得单复数我不敢肯定，所以没想该是economy还是economies。往后面读觉得失业率是经济的一种表现，前后应该是包含关系，应该用有依附关系的with，用了and的话就变成并列了。
请问这个思路出错在哪里呢？是因为我理解错了句子关系还是因为这个点不是重点呢？
如果这点不是重点，那我应该从哪个点找呢？
