请问陆旭老师，这个图片是网络明星课学生教材37页的第二个qx，我能排除abd，可以说一下c对比e吗？似乎我感觉e这么说可以和conclude that前面平行，但是不平行是不是更简洁，c有什么硬伤吗？之前网上资料说，逗号加连词之后要补出主语they，不过您上课说，这也不一定，还给了个反例，记得好像是after several years of rapid growth, the health care.....那个题e选项，所以我有点困惑
