原文结论说接受信息的人数没有增加，觉得D好像近点就选了D。

原文说RDS能给RDS相应设备提供节目。1994-1996间RDS数量多了，但是RDS设备没怎么变，而因此RDS提供节目的数量也没怎么变。
问假设
排除了DE，因为D范围不对，E说节目类型是否一样，无关
