另：如果选B，没有体现出while前后语义的对称呀？通过语义我感觉是improve和introduce并列，所以选的C。难道该句是introduce与improve两个动词表示顺承关系？那while应该如何理解呢？希望老师指正~~

此题中，关于是谁不加控制的增长在50年前，对于这个修饰最明确的的确是B选项让人一看就明白是生物污染不加控制的生长，但是while作为一个连词是连接句子的，既然有了while为什么不能将B以句子残缺排除呢（它没有动作发起者也没有一个动词，只有ing形式）？这样就剩下A,C了。我这个思路哪里出了问题呢？请老师点出。谢谢！
