看到正确答案之后有一种恍然大悟的感觉，可是不知道当时为什么做错了。
首先看到题目中的not one of the investors我排除了DE，因为应该用单数的动词形式，所以在ABC中选择。
然后我在for...和to do之间犹豫了一下，不确定所以往后看。
C选项后面agreement be signed by them太罗嗦所以排除。
AB之间有好几个不同点，除了之前说到的还有agreement is signed和they sign a merger agreement，及句子后的were和was。
当时做题想的是deal是单数，所以用was，而且我认为签协议比协议被签要直接。其实不是很清楚错在哪里了（were那里之前有考虑过虚拟语气，但是不是很确定）
