这道题很顺利的派出了CDE,在A，B徘徊最后选择了B.
原因是按照句子意义读，是说很多地方blabla装了供电的东西，但是电还只是在一成的家庭有，其他家庭都是点蜡烛的。
我觉得A那个where连接着home让我感觉是说，那些一成装了供电设施的家还用蜡烛。逻辑混乱啊，求老师解答。谢谢！
