请问陆旭老师，我这个题目可以选出D。但是我看B的时候有个疑问：如果把B选项many people 补上一个谓语are，这个选项怎么样？ 根据薄冰语法 ,p 200 和 p 273，as 可以表示:1.“随着。。。”表示时间; 2 表示原因。第一，如果表示时间，您上课说过as需要几乎没有时间间隔，或者同时，B中用了过去时态，主句用了进行时没法和后面时间对应，所以不对；但是如果要表达原因这里用法正确吗？或者说，用多个as 或者多个because 串联多个原因状语是否合乎GMAT的偏好？GMAT喜欢如何串联多个原因状语从句呢？
