麻烦王文静老师解答一下，老师好，这道题不知道BE如何选出正确答案，因为不了解with speeds和at speeds，所以先忽略，BE区别只有that are要不要加，E选项省略了很多，感觉B选项补上更清楚更平行啊，而且E选项如果不是看了答案反推很容易认为是不平行排除掉啊，请问怎么能在这种情况下不排掉E呢？另外B 会不会有一种歧义就是 speeds 自己在比较，就是两个修饰同一堆东西的定语从句在比较。我哭了，打了三遍才问出来，谢谢老师啦~

答案是E，在BD里纠结好久，选了B。不明白with speeds...和at speeds...的区别，而且感觉感觉E的are很奇怪，前面没有用be动词的形式来说速度怎么样。麻烦老师讲解。

答案E 根据一个什么的说法，一个联盟在什么和什么之间将会让顾客接受数据通过电话线以一个速度，这个速度是更高的比现在的是可能的。 当时在DE犹豫 D中that没说清楚加上读的别别扭扭的 再就是觉得得有个"是可能的"这么着说 所以扔掉了它 REVIEW过程中，我发现我不能正确的搞懂E的说法，请老师讲解，谢谢。

DE选项怎么比呢，老师，为什么要用are呢，are和前面哪个对应啊

意思里有一个比较：排除C –AS SPEEDS –不对应单数 IS –排除 A WITH/AT AT 更恰当 SPEED是一个点，而非性能 剩下D,E 错选D

我的解题步骤和老师的差不多，但是，为什么speeds要用复数呢？我一开始这个就错了……
