听徐老师的录音好像最后是从命令语态上选了B的。 我做这道题的时候完全对命令语态没有任何印象了，C的allowing和E的it spend it感觉明显不像对的，排除了。剩下ABD。前半句的差异比不出来，就关注后半句差异，A的句意好像是“钱被什么人控制，但是钱只能花在什么地方”but有点诡异，排除。句意上感觉B和D，都没有特别明显不合逻辑的地方剩，好像就只能通过前半部分差异比了，于是卡住... 如果从语义的角度能比出那个好么？是不是不知道命令语态必死无疑啊...
