看出并列选D，但是不太明白为什么是including 不是which includes, including的发出者不就是study或前边整件事并不明确是remedies呀

我做这道题目的时候，想着后面and的平行，排除BCE,剩下AD，我知道这个include的主语应该是remedies，所以这样的话A错了，但是D中用了including，那么主语不就应该变成了a study 吗？后天就考试了，求老师指正！
