Tina老师好，这是一道assumption题，我的逻辑链是：B的工人少了——所以B从V进口的多了。当时错选A，认为B的人少了，V就得同等数量的增多。
现在看正确C选项也能理解，就是B人少了，且B的效率没有提高，补全逻辑链，才能得出B需要从V多进口。
