我觉得原文应该是substances present a risk as little as XX chance cause，所以选了D
由该题衍生出来一个问题，关于as...as比较，考试必考，能作出一些简单的比较，比如人和事情比肯定不对，但是as比较的难度一上升，再加上考场上一紧张更加容易错，老师能不能告诉我们一些比较时的注意点。
