王文静老师，你好，我的分析思路是这样的AE选项having修饰对象错误所以排除了，D选项but前后结构不对称，前面是个句子，but后面是动名词形式，而C选项and have修饰关系也不对，应该不是并列关系。但B选项我不太清楚为什么用introducing是可以的，因为while也是连词，既然while前面是句子，那while后面也应该是句子才对。还有就是我在模考软件里面C选项and have变成了which have，如果这样的话是不是C选项更好呢

另：如果选B，没有体现出while前后语义的对称呀？通过语义我感觉是improve和introduce并列，所以选的C。难道该句是introduce与improve两个动词表示顺承关系？那while应该如何理解呢？希望老师指正~~

首先杀DE 剩下A、B、C
B 我觉得introducing和while前面的半句句子不平行，而且当时做题时理解成unregulated的是industrialization and modern methods，所以就没选。
A和C的差别是at the same time放的位置，还有having和which
have，觉得having更简洁明确的指明发起者是methods，所以就选择了A。
