我这道题选的是C,C不可以认为是or并列了earning和having finished吗?两个都是ing形式啊，而且C选项后面的rose to 86.5 percent.....也感觉比E选项对称，E选项的 to 86.5 percent.....前面什么东西都没有显得太突兀了，那个是做什么成分呢？
