这道题很顺利的派出了CDE,在A，B徘徊最后选择了B.
原因是按照句子意义读，是说很多地方blabla装了供电的东西，但是电还只是在一成的家庭有，其他家庭都是点蜡烛的。
我觉得A那个where连接着home让我感觉是说，那些一成装了供电设施的家还用蜡烛。逻辑混乱啊，求老师解答。谢谢！

1.看到问题后的第一反应是去找BUT前后的对应关系，前面的主语是pubic places,立即反应后面也应该是地点而不应该是electricity
2.五个选项看了一眼只有E符合
3.把E读了一遍没有发现致命错误，就直接选上了
听老师上次所讲内容A中的 .....homes，where...临近，对应比E更好，但是在临场状态下注意力第一步一定是放在but前后的，逼出优劣以后因为是紧迫会导致轻视其它区别，请问老师是否有解决的方法，去改变第一反应下的做题思路
