此题我错选了B，请问tina,我以为B的to run on 修饰的是动作的发出者truck，故符合逻辑。而我以为A中的to run 直接是the uninted parcel service发出的，故我删除了A.
所以问题来了，如何区分to do 是考动作发出的主语，还是考作为修饰语来就近修饰这两个考点呢

老师这题我选了D，当时是在A和D中纠结。A中我觉得语义上说把trucks转化成用烧天然气，把物体转换成一种方式这样说很别扭。但D选项就直接说计划是转成天然气，但句意感觉也不太顺。请老师解答一下，谢谢！
