选了A，后来才看到appreciative和apprecuable之间的意思区别，做的时候没看到，所以从时态入手，感觉应该是先下雨再影响河流水位，showers那里已经是过去完成时了，所以就没有选有had的选项。
遇到了好几题最终区别在时态上，就是过去时和完成时二选一，想知道要怎么准确的区分该用哪一个呢？要不要记住一些常见的时间提示词？
