麻烦慧雯老师答一下，老师好，这篇阅读第一遍读就没读动，第一段提取到的观点是政府立法改革是不成熟的，公司自己能解决，第二段刚开始以为是目前的现状（存在的问题）最后几句是解决方案，因此没能选出A，当时选了B，觉得转折说不好有个反对关系在，现在看了又觉得C也没错，麻烦您带着跳读一下文章，讲一下如何排除CB，并且不要一下排掉A，另外C后半句我好像不太理解，达到解决方案的方法被揭示了，是不是就是提供解决方案的意思，谢谢老师啦
