老师我算的方法是：假设1997为a, 则1998的rent为a*(1+x),1999为a*(1+x)*(1-y)，比较a 和a*（1+x）*(1-y),则是看(1+x)(1-y)也就是1-xy+x-y是否大于1.
条件一知道x-y>0,因为xy乘积是小数，所有1-xy+x-y>0，条件二知道x-y>xy/100，则因为x-y-xy应该是小于1，因为xy应该是个分数。。。所以我觉得都可以选了D
