老师，我针对A选项有以下几个问题：
1）while的用法是否有误
2）while是否和but一样可以引导并列复合句，并且表转折
3）while it...——这个it是否多余
4）falling behind in its payment to sb这个用法有何不妥
针对E选项：
1)E选项中的falling months...是否是前句的附属修饰成分
2) E选项中but引导的简单句省略了主语，请问老师什么时候这个并列连词引导的简单句的主语是可以省略的，什么时候是不能省略的？是否并列连词前后主语一致的时候就可以省略，比如She cut her knee badly, but didn't cry； 是否并列连词前后句的谓语一致的时候，也可以省略后句的谓语，比如We study English and they Japanese.

想请问一下d和e的谓语动词问题。e的but then proved中的proved的主语是company，所以proved算谓语？ 然后d，没有谓语动词的原因是因为proving不能和became并列，然后只好看成company provinq 所以才没有谓语？（希望老师解释下d和e的划线部分谓语问题）
