3。对比BE，虽然我觉得B直接交代了主语，executive,比E更明了，但是简洁，方便别人阅读原则，是在其他都一样的情况下，使用的，所以先找是否有其他更明显的绝对错的区别，后来发现，B选项中one that worked well in the past, E选项,one that has worked well in the past,在句意上有明显的差别，整体为一般时态，故选择E。
PS：像老管说的那些表达顺序的问题啊，我觉得个人水平有限，没有办法做到100%正确，所以选择其他错的几率更大的不同点入手。
