错选了B，我读完题觉得语义强调的是在任何时候鲨鱼的牙齿掉了，就有新的补上。排除A是因为 each of which后面是is，排除C、E因为each one of which多余；E我也留下来了，但是觉得语义更想说明这个whenever，于是我想whenever先说会比较好，于是就选了B。
