这题我选的是E，看到正确答案的时候才反应过来，causes是和is并列的，都是amoxicillin发出的动作，想让老师帮确定一下是这样吗？。。。。我做题的时候没仔细读句意，看了个大概以为是 more expensive antibiotics和and 后的with结构并列来修饰newer，根据句意判断这肯定是错的。但我想请老师讲解一下amoxicillin, long a standard treatment for ear infections, is about as effective as newer, more expensive antibiotics and causes这个部分的语法结构。more expensive antibiotics是newer的同位语吗？more expensive antibiotics and causes里的and可以隔着一个逗号并列is和causes吗？？谢谢老师！！！！
