请Tina老师解答一下谢谢。对比选项，eager to do方向性更明显，排除CE；ABD后面raise level to/at，应该是把水平提高到最高水平而不是提高在最高水平，所以选了B，老师您看这个思考过程有问题吗？虽然选对了，但是ABD中的instead和instead of要怎么区分？我记得上课的时候说A,instead,B的重点在B，而A,instead of B的重点在A，如果是这样的话B的意思不就成了manager想去提高现金水平了吗？在这里怎么理解？

首先发现ABC与DE一个用have been一个用were，感觉没有表达出完成时的意思，就排除了ABC，剩下的发现eager to 和eager at的区别，根据动作的先后顺序，感觉eager to比较好，就选了D，其实也发现了instead of和instead的区别，但是我不确定应该是哪个，就没比这处区别，不知道我的做题过程哪里出了问题？
