我选了B，因为我理解的是这个grass发展得系统可以干后面那对事儿，但是正确答案是A，我认为A用allowing说明发起者是grass，那么就是grass能干后面那对事儿。我没明白句子到底想表达什么意思，而A,B选项but前后都对应的不太好的样子，请求老师解答
