只说比较的问题，不是应该为 去年的价格 vs 今年的价格么？A 选项为正确答案，但不就是 去年的价格 vs 去年？
觉得A应该改为 than that of last year 更好，是不是把that of 省略了？
我选Ｅ ，觉得语意通畅。不过后来看到有的笔记说year's 的结构不合适。
