考点：并列，修饰
第一反应是看到concern 然后无脑分组AB，CDE，然后根据to accelerate 排A选B
但是仔细看了一下to a decrease in blabla 感觉是个名词， and并列后面应也是名词，所以觉得应该用with，然后觉得so as to表目的也说的过去，就选了D
请老师帮忙分析下D 的错误
