请王文静老师回答下，这道题错选了A，我当时先排除的BD因为这个被动用得很没有必要；再排除的E，因为E可以被理解为the breakuo was to be into two local companies.逻辑语义不对。 在A和C对比当中，首先，我没有先考虑代词这个问题，因为A中it指代the largest telephone company也说得通，而且我记得您好像说过代词这个不要一开始就考虑；其次，C的话感觉损失A中的那种因果关系了；最后，in Japan放在句首可以辐射整句话。于是我就完美地错过了正确选项。想问老师一下这道题应该怎么考虑比较好......

A的so 不好，没有因果关系
C呀，我觉得 啥东西into 没交代清楚，也就是说 the world's largest telephone company, into 后面的成分像不完整似的。
A和C的缺点比较，感觉C的意思上的伤更致命，所以选了A。
