这一题留下了AC两个答案，本来想选C，但是心里放不下A,觉得A没有错，C里面有一个限定词是genetic，我觉得原文没有说这种对disease的resistance就是基因性的，所以C有问题，排除法选了A，想请问一下是怎么清晰快速的排除A答案的呢？谢谢老师！
