第一，这一题中的B选项是不是confirm了premise：But the industry should note what the spread of piracy indicates: consumers want lower prices and faster DVD releases. 但是我总觉得就是重复了这句话，如果是重复premise的话就是错误了。所以想请问confirm premise和重复premise区别在哪里，如何界定。
第二，请问一下D选项为什么不可以选。D感觉属于新信息。一些盗版DVD卖家可能会终止生意，这样的话不也就使得revenue上升，也就mitigate piracy's negative effect on film industry profits.

这道题我的理解是觉得选项B提到的是some（部分）这一概念，而原文似乎提及的应该是整体：只要价格便宜+发行时间早（这俩因素应该是针对所有的DVD吧？），那么正版就有可能打败盗版DVD。我感觉B选项中的some界定不是非常清晰：不知道Some people占购买者比例的多少（到底是49%还是50%或者是51%？不同的比例造成Private DVDs Vs legitimate DVDs结果也不一样吧？ ）。我的选项是A；我以为DVD和 film industry是此消彼长的关系。
