老师这个题我选c，我的理解一开始是36+18-50=4就是医生有学位的人数，但我又仔细想了下，医生的职业，而拥有学位是一个特质，两个性质分类不一样的不能直接拿来计算，有可能这18个有学位的都是医生，我下意识的把这50个人都默认为医生了，老师我的理解这样对吗？什么类型会像我那样计算
