金栩竹老师，您说第一时间排除AB，是因为counts和routes是复数，但是monitor的动作发出者为什么不能是BBS呢？如果是BBS那用单数形式没问题啊。根据句意好像发出者确实是BBS这个机构吧。所以根据这个单复数AB好像排除不了。

C项是不是把意思改变了？
原文的意思是不是：监测鸟的变化差不多以及多于250种的
而C项就直接把as many去掉了，就直接说成多余250的，把和250一样多的这部分意思去掉了，不就是和原文想要表达的信息不符吗？
我做的时候就在C.D之间徘徊，明明读着D很别扭，C比较顺畅，但是考虑到C遗漏意思，还是没敢选C
