而英老师说过看到their要想发起者，所以不应该是A的1970年的人口，与这帮人在1997年比较。语意不对了
剩下A，C 在比较这两个的时候，读前半段句子是A的人口在1970年中期数量达到了20,000，我记得您以前的答疑录音中说过像是比较的话不舍比舍好 可以减少奇异。我就选了C
