請問金老師，這題錯選了E，因為一開始讀完題目我覺得會拒絕的原因是獸醫不想讓顧客用別人的產品，而要用自己的產品，所以我看到E，他說獸醫會建議顧客用特製的產品（我想說特製不就是獸醫自己調配），我覺得我的問題是不是把特製的產品和獸醫自家的產品混為一談。然後可以麻煩講一下C的思路
