E选项我觉得是削弱公司达成目标，说not less than也就是说今年的人数≥去年的人数，那今年人数多了，即使人均减少一半以上，最后的总量也不一定减少一半啊 B选项错的原因是不是原文问的是员工人均废物产量，和passenger jets的数量没有关系？

这道题就算D不对，我也觉得E不相关因为文章说的是每个工人产生废物的量 E说的是工人总数不变与原文每个人生产废物量没关系啊？这种平均至于总量的不相关性经常被用在其他题目中来排除错选但是为什么这种相关性在这道题里面是对的？？还是说，在这5 个都不相关的选项里。E段是最相关的是这意思吗？？？请老师详解

A说nonhazardous waste，范围错，杀 B说什么passenger jets的生产数量什么的，也明显不对 C说other division和原文范围不符，杀我选了D，虽然也没觉得D怎么就对了。。。 E选项觉得很诡异，因为文中说的90pounds还有40pounds都是per production worker,E 说工人的数量没有明显变少觉得好像跟结论没啥关系，求解答。。。
