错选答案D。解析里面说as much as会有歧义，但如果the content 也理解为 inform style的动作发出者那不是非划线部分要写成did the content of his fiction或the content of his fiction did吗？（所以我认为不存在理解上的歧义）另外，一般是说要根据A选项来确定句意和句子重心吧，所以我选择保留as much as了。
