A、C不会比。原文whereas 说的就是一个转折的概念，D、E后面一句是while,又来一个转折，因此杀掉。B项的and if 前面找不到对应的，也杀掉。因此留下A、C，不会比，感觉C前后对应一点，因此选了C。请老师解惑！谢谢！
