我当时觉得and who这个句子和主句的was去并列了，这样的话and后面这个句子就不是一个完整的句子了，所以排除了。根据正确答案我知道and who是和who dwelt进行并列的
我的问题是如何判断第二个who是和主句并列还是从句并列啊
