这道题A和D犹豫，我认为A不好是因为rather than 后面的burning calories有歧义，可以将这个词组理解成名词，那么翻译就是"吸收体热从太阳那，而不是从可以产生体热的卡路里中 吸收体热"，那明显不对了，自己身体里的卡路里产生热，怎么能用吸收呢？而D中，感觉就是for有点怪，其他更平行更没有误解吧

在考试的时候杀剩AD，觉得FOR DOING 和 TO DO都是表目的；然后觉得 INSTEAD OF 和RATHER THAN 没区别，所以就觉得有BY比没BY好，最后选了D。
PS:
听了录音解答，英老师在提问号49612 的解答中说FOR DOING 和TO DO，前者没有动作先后，而后者有；但又在提问号65171 的解答中说，FOR DOING 和 TO DO， 都能表示动作先后。
所以对以上两个解答很困惑。请老师解惑。
