请张慧雯老师回答一下，感谢～请问一下这一题为什么不能选E。因为我觉得首先，which和with都可以用来修饰profits，语义上感觉都一样，用 with就是说profits有5%的增长；第二，因为看到句子有一个over the last two years，所以觉得后面的应该用完成时态，意思就是在过去的两年一直在下降。

老师您好！这道题我选的是e，做题的时候是这么想的：首先觉得with不如which结构对profits的修饰精准所以排除了de，然后因为ab中的it单复数不一致排除掉这两个选项，然后我看了一眼c，不知道after falling这是什么语法结构啊，觉得这结构不靠谱所以把c又给排除了。。。我又在de中选了e，因为没用到after falling这个用法。我就想请老师给我解释一下after falling这是语法里的什么用法啊！我很明确为啥选c了，但就是after falling这里搞不懂很难受啊！！
